I’ve never been super into fitness, but I’m ready to change that. I need something that’s beginner-friendly but also pushes me to improve. I’ve seen Mad Muscles recommended, but I’m unsure if it’s too advanced. Any advice from folks who started from scratch?

Actually, Mad Muscles is great for beginners. It adjusts based on your fitness level, and the interface is easy to follow. I watched this before signing up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hULiletgos It gave a good preview of what to expect. Also, if you look up Mad Muscles reviews , you’ll see tons of new users sharing positive experiences with their progress.
